Before you schedule your EVO ICL lens procedure, our team of professionals will perform a series of specialized tests to measure your eye’s unique characteristics. Once your doctor determines that EVO ICL is a good option for you, we will provide you with information on the procedure and tell you more about what to expect both during and after the procedure.
When you arrive for your procedure, a nurse will administer eye drops to dilate your pupils as well as anesthetize your eyes. The EVO ICL lens can then be folded and inserted through a small opening made by Dr. Grégoire.
At this point, the procedure is over and many patients will have improved vision nearly immediately. To aid the healing process, eye drops will then be prescribed. Someone has to accompany you on the day of the surgery. Generally, you’ll be able to drive the following day.

It is indicated for patients who are at least 21 years of age.
In order to be sure that your surgeon will use an EVO ICL lens with the most adequate power for your eye, your near-sightedness should be stable for at least a year before undergoing eye surgery.
