In your surgeon’s care from start to finish for professional and reassuring care.

When you come in for an initial consultation, we’ll have you fill out a medical questionnaire.
We’ll then run a series of screening tests and have you meet the surgeon.
Your surgeon will inform you of the benefits, risks, and potential complications depending on the recommended treatment and your eye situation
This is the perfect time to ask any questions you may have.
If you decide to make an appointment for surgery, we’ll give you a surgery consent form and postoperative care instructions so that you can read them carefully at home. If you decide to wait and make your appointment at a later date, we’ll email all of the documents to you.

For several years, the treatment of corneal binding has been recognized for its effectiveness in reducing or even stopping the progression of keratoconus, thus avoiding corneal transplantation.

Your post-treatment appointment gives your surgeon a chance to make sure your eyes have reacted well to the treatment (24 or 72 hours after treatment). Patients are asked to come in for a second checkup one month after treatment. After that, checkups will depend on the progession or stability of the keratoconus.
