Keratoconus

A blurred and deformed vision

Can be corrected by corneal cross-linking and intacs.

Keratoconus is a weakening and deformation of the cornea.

This problem can begin in adolescence and progress until a person is in their 40s. It results in a progressive loss of vision. For several years now, two recognized treatment approaches have been used to slow or stop the progression of keratoconus and in so doing avoid the need for a corneal transplant. During your consultation with Dr. Pop, he will suggest the treatment or treatments most appropriate for your vision situation.
