Our warranty

You don’t have to worry about your investment. If surgical adjusments are recommended by the ophthalmologist in the future, we will gladly carry them out free of charge. Some restrictions apply.

Your laser vision treatment includes:

• A 12-month postoperative follow-up, wherein all necessary adjustments are free, as well as any tests relating to your vision treatment, and any visits you may need with the ophthalmologist.
• Access to your treating physician 24 hours per day, during your convalescence.
• The opportunity to speak to a nurse at our clinic between Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

After this 12-month period:

• You continue to have access to necessary adjustments free of charge.
• To continue to benefit from free tests and privileged access to the vision care offered in our Clinics, we invite you to sign up for the Pop Plan.
• The Pop Plan allows you to extend your 12-month access to our personalized, private-clinic services for just $129 per year.
